Since document types vary from case type to case type, we have found it best to build an electronic file cabinet for each practice type.

All case folders in a digital cabinet have case information in the folder index allowing you to retrieve a case folder or run reports on multiple data fields. This folder data is whatever data we want it to be. Case number, spouse info, opposing attorney information, insurance adjuster information, client information and other information pertinent to the case.  Each folder can have different folder indexes based on what is needed.

Inside each case folder are all of the documents related to that case. Word, PDF, excel. pictures, videos, audio files and more. Outlook emails can be drag and dropped directly to the folder. Having two monitors makes using the system a pleasure. Keep your case cabinets on one screen and everything else on the other.

Documents that you use everyday can be setup as templates making document creation easy for everyone. We recommend converting some documents to fill-able PDF forms and in some cases a web form may be best.

Web Forms are the easiest way to get a new client folder made from a prospective client. We can also have the new prospect routed to the proper person so nobody falls through the cracks.

Need case data from another system for your folder indexes? Sometimes the case data may reside in another system and we don’t want to double enter that same data. No problem, we integrate with most case management system and/or time and billing. We use a utility called Cabinet Synchronizer that connects to any ODBC compliant database. But leave that to the experts, if you need it we will set it up for you.
